Abstract
"Intravascular lymphomatosis (IVL) is a rare and fatal form of extranodular non-Hodgkin lymphoma characterized by infiltration and proliferation of neoplastic lymphoid cells, mainly of B-cell lineage, within small to medium sized vessels. IVL commonly affects central nervous system (CNS) with various clinical manifestations including stroke like event, encephalopathy, seizure, and myelopathy, which often cause misdiagnosis of the disease. We report a case of histopathologically proven IVL initially mimicking disseminated encephalomyelopathy. Journal of Multiple Sclerosis 2(2):56-60, 2011"
