- Abstract
- "Multifocal acquired motor axonopathy (MAMA) is an immune-mediated chronic polyneuropathy that exclusively involves motor nerves. Early recognition of treatable disease enables timely therapeutic intervention and can prevent further clinical deterioration. We report a 36-yearold male who presented with tremor and muscle atrophy of the upper extremities. The patient showed clinical improvement with long-term intravenous immunoglobulin infusion.Journal of Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology 12(1):19-23, 2021"
