Abstract: "Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody disease (MOGAD) has recently been considered as a new neurological disease with distinct clinical and radiological characteristics different from multiple sclerosis (MS) and aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibody-positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). Recently, we experienced a case of MOGAD in a patient who showed overlapping clinical and radiological features of MS and AQP4-positive NMOSD.
