Abstract
"Behcet disease is a chronic, relapsing, inflammatory disorder of unknown cause. Considering its multisystem involvement, neurological manifestations account for an important portion of its diverse clinical presentation. Autonomic dysfunction is an important form of neurological involvement, which has been somewhat neglected. Although Adie’s tonic pupil is often idiopathic, it also has been asso- ciated with autoimmune diseases as a part of autonomic dysfunction. Herein we report a case of Behcet disease presenting with Adie’s tonic pupil and optic neuropathy. Journal of Multiple Sclerosis 10(1):14-17, 2019"
