- Abstract
- "Late-onset Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder is not common but, has been reported to have insidious onset and aggressive disease course. Acute presentation of neurologic symptoms in elderlypatients can be misdiagnosed as acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke. Herein, we report a patientwith late-onset neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder who presented with acute brainstemsyndrome.Journal of Multiple Sclerosis 9(1):7-9, 2018"
