- Abstract
- "Behcet’s disease is a multisystem inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology presenting recurrent oral and genital ulcerations as well as ocular lesions, and sometimes involves the nervous system ina subgroup of patients. Given the rarity of the disease and the need to exclude a few neurologicaldisorders including multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromuyelitis optica (NMO), systemic vasculitis andstroke of the young adult, diagnosing neuro-Beh?et’s disease is often difficult and challengingprocess. We will present a case of relapsing-remitting and refractory neuro-Behcet disease showingthe characteristic MRI lesions and optic neuritis. Journal of Multiple Sclerosis 6(1):14-16, 2015"
