- Abstract
- "We present a case in which a Ramsay Hunt syndrome patient who showed simultaneous signs of facial palsy and vestibular neuronitis displayed high signal intenstity in facial nerve and vestibulocochlearnerve through Three-dimensional fluid attenuated inversion recovery magnetic resonanceimaging(3D-FLAIR MRI). With literature review, we report 3D-FLAIR MRI is a good correspondencewith neurological examination for patients with Ramsay Hunt syndrome and therefore can be utilizedas a useful diagnostic tool.
