Abstract |
"Multiple cranial nerve palsies are common among neurological diseases, with etiologies ranging from cancer to infection and systemic diseases. Here we report a patient with multiple cranial nerve palsies due to an inflammatory pseudotumor with hypertrophic pachymeningitis, which was clinically considered possible immunoglobulin G subclass IV-related disease, but treated with steroid pulse therapy before biopsy.
