Abstract
"In patients with Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, various symptoms resulting from penetration of lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma into the central nervous system (CNS) are called Bing-Neel syndrome (BNS). Typical neurological symptoms are related with diffuse CNS involvement, and focal cranial neuropathy is rare in BNS. Here we introduce a patient who showed dyschromatopsia with optic neuritis (ON) as the initial and only clinical feature of BNS. Our case illustrated that BNS should be included in differential diagnosis of ON, especially of that with atypical manifestation.Journal of Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology 11(2):65-67, 2020 "
