| Abstract |
|
"Sweet syndrome (SS), is an inflammatory disease characterized by fever, leukocytosis, and erythematous plaques. SS with central nervous system involvement is rare but has been reported as Neuro-Sweet syndrome. Here we reported a 23-year-old woman presented with meningitis and rash. Skin biopsies revealed deep dermal infiltration of mature neutrophils, spared epidermis. The symptoms improved after treatment of intravenous steroids. This report suggests Neuro- Sweet syndrome should be considered as a differential diagnosis for patients with meningitis and characteristic erythematous plaques.
