Abstract

"Central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma is uncommon, but not rare. Brain magnetic resonance imaging findings of CNS lymphoma typically show single or multiple periventricular lesions with homogeneous enhancement. However, CNS lymphoma is associated with a large spectrum of radiological presentations and can simulate demyelinating disease such as multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica.
