Abstract

"Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is an uncommon form of lymphoma, mostlydue to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). At early stage, a PCNSL may mimic inflammatory lesionsof multiple sclerosis (MS) or the other demyelinating diseases. Both PCNSL and MS may improveby high-dose steroid therapy, leading to the further confusion in differential diagnosis. We reporta case of PCNSL by DLBCL, at first recognized to be MS, but later confirmed by brain biopsy. Journal of Multiple Sclerosis 8(2):37-40, 2017"
